Frequently asked questions.

How can I receive care for my loved one?

Contact us! We can help guide you through the process and answer any questions about the NJCAT, budgets, scheduling, medical acuities, medication, and much more.

I’d like to try your services but I already have a provider. What do I do?

DDD services are self directed. You have the power to make choices to get the best care for yourself or your loved one. Most issues can be resolved by having a conversation with our staff and contacting your support coordinator.

We have a medical acuity, how does that affect our level of care?

LPSS has a DDD certified nurse on staff with decades of experience that trains our employees and reviews how care is provided! The nurse is available for you to speak with directly if you have additional questions.

We are on the CCP (Community Care Program) wait list, can LPSS help?

Absolutely! LPSS can staff your loved one’s needs around the clock to provide necessary care until you are accepted into a program.
